Dobwalls School had a busy lead up to Christmas as they celebrated the festive season with performances, craft afternoons, a Christmas Fair and Christmas parties.

The children demonstrated their creative skills during some Christmas craft afternoons, where parents were invited in to work alongside their child to create a decoration. The Christmas Fair, organised by the PTA, was a huge success, raising funds for the school as well as inviting in many members of the local community to be involved.

The school have had three Christmas performance this year as the Reception class performed the nativity, Ks1 performed ‘A King is Born’ and the Ks2 classes worked together to perform ‘War Games: The Christmas Truce’. All performances were fantastic, with brilliant singing and acting!

Each child has celebrated the end of the term with a Christmas party (infants and then juniors) led by Mr Gray, which was full of dancing and traditional party games.
