Contract: Permanent
Salary: Grade E, £25,185 per annum pro rota
Actual salary: approximately £17,310 per annum
Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only plus 3 INSET days

Saltash Community School is seeking to appoint a new member of staff to support SEND and mainstream students at Saltash Community School.
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will share our commitment to excellence and our desire to achieve the very best outcomes for our students. We encourage applications from individuals who are looking to change career and have transferable skills and experiences, as well as those with prior experience supporting young people in the classroom. Autism training would be preferable but is not essential. You may well have an interest in developing your own practice/experience as an education professional.
Saltash Community School is a co-educational 11-18 school of over 1200 students including a successful sixth form and incorporating an Area Resource Base; a specialised environment for children with severe and complex learning needs. Saltash is a friendly, caring, supportive and ambitious school with people and relationships at its heart.
