Liskeard School and Community College is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Premises Manager with good management and building experience to be responsible for the upkeep of the Liskeard School site. The role is responsible for the management of compliance, supervision of works, planning of maintenance and security of buildings and grounds, and the supervision of the site team.

We have two fixed-term 1-year contracts available within our Learning Support Department - specifically within our Area Resource Centre which specialises in a designated category of SEND. These are full time positions working from 8:45am – 3:15 pm, Monday to Friday. Part time applications will be considered.
